CROSSFIT
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Our CrossFit classes blend varied, high-intensity movements like weightlifting and cardio. With certified coaches, it's suitable for beginners to advanced athletes, promoting community and motivation. Whether you're starting or pushing your limits, CrossFit caters to all levels.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Our Olympic weightlifting classes focus on developing proficiency in the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Certified coaches provide expert guidance, emphasizing technique, strength, and power.

HYBRID
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Our Hybrid classes offer a variety of movements that compliment both endurance and strength. We blend functional movements along compounds lifts such as squats, deadlifts and bench press. We also incorporate running, rowing, ski and athletic movements to help improve your muscle endurance, aerobic capacity, balance and athletic ability. This is the perfect class for those who are looking to improve Hyrox times or improve overall fitness and strength without worrying about high skill movements.

GYMNASTICS
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Our gymnastics class focuses on skills such as pull-ups, chest to bar, toes to bar, handstand walk, handstand pushups, bar and ring muscle ups. We have a specialized class every Sunday for all levels. This is a chance to breakdown the movements in a one hour session dedicated to help you unlock these challenging skills.
